Location
Due to the pandemic most of my meetings are now held online via Zoom. I hope to be able to begin meeting people in person at our office at the Colony KLCC once the pandemic eases.
The Colony KLCC office is a couple of minutes away from Prince Court Medical Centre where I had an office between 2015 and 2021. I left Prince Court because the people meeting with me were often frustrated with the waiting times and systems there. I hope that we will be able to offer a more efficient and pleasant service at our new location.
Available consultation times

I am available to meet with people from Monday to Friday at the times below. I am not available on Thursdays because I am teaching and supervising other clinicians at the University of Malaya’s Medical Centre.

Fees
The fee for a psychological consultation is RM395. Each consultation is usually an hour long but our first meeting may extend to 75 minutes.
I can meet people online out of office hours but the fee for an appointment is RM575.
We understand that these fees are not affordable for all. If you check our fees page you can view which of our psychologists you can see at lower rates.
Insurance
To my knowledge my international clients with insurance coverage have not had any difficulty claiming back my fees from their insurers. However, some policies require that you are referred to a psychologist by a medical doctor or psychiatrist.
Unfortunately, most Malaysian insurance policies don’t cover psychology or psychiatry appointments.

Arranging Follow up Consultations
It usually takes a number of meetings to learn the new skills that will help you overcome the problems that you are facing. You’ll learn the skills more effectively if we meet once a week or once every two weeks.
If we meet and you decide to continue seeing me, you can book a series of sessions so that you are guaranteed regular meetings. For example, you could arrange to see me every Friday afternoon for the next 6 weeks.
