Share Resolve is growing so we’re expanding our administrative team! If you contacted Share Resolve before October 2024, you would have spoken to our previous administrator, who had extensive experience as an administrative professional. Whilst working with us, she managed all our communications as well as our backend operations. When she decided to move on, we saw an opportunity to restructure our administrative team and improve the service we provide to those we support.
We split the administrative role into two separate positions a Client Care Coordinator and a Bookkeeping and Accounts Manager. We decided to hire people who had a background in psychology or counselling to ensure that our administrative support aligns even more closely with our values. By building a team with a background in psychology or counselling, we aim to enhance empathy and understanding in client interactions, strengthen confidentiality, and ensure our team can provide better information about the way our psychologists work.
To ensure alignment with our therapeutic values and high standards of care the Client Care Coordinator and Bookkeeping & Accounts Manager will be managed and supported by one of our clinical psychologists.
Admin Manager & Clinical Psychologist: Marianne
Prior to training and becoming a valued clinical psychologist within our team, Marianne gained experience as a Coordinator with HELP University’s Department of Psychology.
She was the program coordinator for the Master of Clinical Psychology program and the undergraduate students’ industrial training program. She was also the coordinator in charge of the psychology department’s relations with international partner universities.
This means that alongside her abilities as a clinical psychologist, she is also skilled at managing client communication and relationships alongside developing and implementing efficient administrative systems.
Client Care Coordinator: Ailene
Ailene will be our Client Relationship Coordinator, overseeing all our communication and scheduling.
She is an aspiring clinical psychologist who shares our commitment to supporting individuals towards a more fulfilling life.
Ailene has previous experience working as an administrator in a psychology and counselling practice. She will be learning as much as possible about each of our psychologists and how they work. She will share this information with anyone who contacts us, helping them choose the psychologist that best fits their needs.
Bookkeeping & Accounts Manager: Keith
Keith is our Bookkeeping and Accounts Manager. He has considerable experience running the finances of SMEs.
