Greetings! I am a dedicated trainee clinical psychologist, currently immersed in the pursuit of my master’s degree in clinical psychology.
My journey into this field was inspired by a lifelong sensitivity to others’ emotions and an innate ability to connect with people. Over time, I found genuine joy in helping others navigate their challenges, leading me to the realization that mere listening was not enough. This realization sparked my decision to become a clinical psychologist, driven by a desire to contribute practically and raise awareness about mental health.
For me, being a clinical psychologist goes beyond addressing clients’ issues; it involves a collaborative journey of self-exploration. I firmly believe that psychology empowers individuals, and I am passionate about being an integral part of this process.
My academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Oregon State University, and I am currently pursuing my Master of Clinical Psychology at HELP University, Malaysia.
Following my undergraduate studies, I served as a Certified Behavioural Technician at an autism centre in Oregon. There, I conducted Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism, combining in-home and centre-based interventions.
Before embarking on my master’s degree, I engaged in community work, exposing myself to diverse perspectives and enriching my understanding of people from various backgrounds.
During my master’s program, I organized and facilitated mental health literacy events, contributing to increased awareness among university students. I also volunteered in screening events, administering and interpreting scores for individuals of different age groups.
As a trainee clinical psychologist at the Centre for Psychological and Counselling Services (CPCS) at HELP University, I have been trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I am currently undergoing intensive training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) under the guidance of Dr Daniel Seal.

I want to assure you that our therapeutic space is a judgment-free zone where you can openly express your thoughts and emotions. Recognizing that being vulnerable can be challenging, I am here to support you every step of the way. Together, we can work through these challenges and foster a deeper understanding of your experiences, ultimately contributing to your personal growth and well-being.
In therapy, both therapist and client share equal responsibility for progress, working together to achieve goals. The ultimate goal is to equip you with skills for independent growth beyond therapy. Witnessing improvements is truly rewarding, and I look forward to embarking on this journey with you!
