Our psychologists, Dr. Aisya Musa and Athena Siew, can meet with you at our office at Menara Ken TTDI. We are based in a shared working space run by a company called Common Ground.
There is plentiful parking in the basement of the Menara Ken building.
If you arrive early there is a cafe on the mezzanine level of the building and a row of restaurants on the opposite side of the road. There is also a cafe on the 11th floor, not far from our office, which is run by Common Ground.
What to do when you arrive at Menara Ken TTDI …
Menara Ken TTDI is a building with a theatre, art gallery and a number of offices. You’ll need to sign in with building security on the ground floor. They will ask for ID so it’s best to have some ID with you (although it is possible to gain entry if you can state your Malaysian IC number).
Building security will pass you an ID card that you need to get through the barriers and use the lifts.
Take the lift to the 11th floor. We will come out and meet you at the reception area on the 11th floor. If you let the staff at Common Ground’s reception know that you’re here they will call through to let us know that you have arrived (you can just state that you have a meeting with Share Resolve Sdn Bhd).
You can make yourself comfortable at the sofas of the reception area whilst you wait for us to come out and meet you.
If you’re uncomfortable with speaking to the receptionists. You can let us know you have arrived by emailing or calling us directly on 03 77350071 or contacting Vivian at 012 5089910. There’s a large area by the cafe (the glass door leading to the cafe and seating area is opposite the reception desk).
The address for my office is Common Ground, Level 11, Menara KEN TTDI, No, 37, Jalan Burhanuddin Helmi, Taman Tun Dr Ismail, 60000 Kuala Lumpur.
You can call the Common Ground reception (03-7735 0070) or Vivian (012 5089910) if you need directions etc.
We aren’t able to accept payments at the office so we take payments before the session. Vivian will inform you of the different options available when you arrange a consultation.
