All of our psychologists regularly meet with people online. This means we can meet even if you can’t travel to our centres in Kuala Lumpur whether that’s because you live in another state or another country or because of the COVID-19 situation.
Even if you are able to travel to our offices you may prefer an online consultation with our psychologists because it saves time.
We use Zoom because it is one of the easiest video conferencing platforms to use and recent updates mean it’s security has been significantly improved. If you prefer to use another video conferencing platform please let us know.

We will send you a link with the date and time of the meeting along with the Meeting ID and Passcode. You can use a phone, tablet or a computer that’s equipped with a microphone and webcam.
